If you have not used your card in more than 6 years, you can cash out your balance by contacting Card Services.
1. Select your default currency
The currency setting determines which currency is loaded onto your card by default. When you transfer money onto your Cash Passport, funds are automatically loaded in this currency at the FX rate at the time of load.
Your default currency will be NZD unless you take the action to change.
